I'n not sure if every woman is able to gush or not, but I really believe it is in the emotional state as much as it is in the physical stimulation. Wow great topic and some real interesting answers. My opinion is yes any and all women can squirt it's all in the way you stimulate her and relaxing is the key. Female ejaculation actually releases from the urethra but is not urine. It is colorless and odorless and does not stain. If I am in the middle of an orgasm, I can't aquirt because my muscles must be completely relaxed.

The urethra does not store the ejaculate, it produces it and then releases it with arousal from proper stimulation.
