Do single guys have a chance?
I am an attractive single guy. Every time I have been to a swingers club I have had no problem meeting people. In fact I am the one that usually gets approached by the woman. So why are fewer and fewer clubs allowing single guys? How I supposed to meet women and couples for fun? Any suggestions?

Just be yourself and keep trying. Once you find one single friendly swing group ask the others there for other places that they know of. Word of mouth is the easiest way I think.
Also, if you can find a couple that does not mind having you accompany them that may be another way for you to enter a particular club.

I started here as a single guy. Just be honest and yourself. Sharon has given you some good advice. Hang in there. It may take some time as people get to know you. Good luck. |

now the question is do single guys stand a chance on this site. i've spent a month messageing people near me etc. I don't even get mails back saying no infact i have't gotten one message in general lol. so my real question is should us single guys even bother on here ? |

Ok, question first... If you are saying you have had success at clubs and now they arent allowing you admittance, to that same club, you need to go and ask the owner themselves..
If its clubs in general, again, finding one that you have attended previously is the easiest way.. other than that, you are already here, look for locals looking for single guys..
AND then go to the clubs with them, and make a positive impression |

Single guys are gonna face an ever increasing amount of difficulty, for one simple reason.. there are so many out there, that ruin it for the gems..
The best advice that we can offer as far as searching sites online..
Be polite, honest.. and be yourself..

The only thing that stops you from being successful is you! There are plenty of different ways you can get yourself known as a "good guy" and beat the rap that unfortunately single guys get due to the few bad eggs.
1. Post on the forums, let people here get to know your personality through your mind and intelligence.
2. Look at the Clubs and Events pages, they post a lot of different things that are going on and if you have any questions about being single you can email them prior to an event.
3. Use the chatroom; for some of us it works, others it don't for me it was a great way to communicate with couples and get to know them by sight. It helps to break the ice with the ability to cam up and talk real time!
The one thing you do need to do is stop being so negative and thinking it won't work... thinking positive is always the way to go! Just got to stick with it and put a little effort forward.

BTW, I met the love of my life on Swingtowns and we were both single swingers.... so it IS possible!

I think being a single guy on here is hard because there is such an abundance of us, but not being fake or a flake is your best bet in becoming a successful single male swinger. Also not being too up front about sex and dirty talk helps a lot too. I mean some women like it, but the majority don't until they have gotten comfortable talking to you on an intellectual level. That's what has worked for me so far.
As far as not getting any replies back its most likely because your being to straight forward by probably telling them "Your HOT" or "She is sexy can i do her" and things of that such. If your not doing that then you just have to dust your self off and try again, especially if your a paid member. |

I got to agree with sharron on this one. its not hard as a single male to get people to talk to you jsut treat them with respect.
IT just takes time for people to get to know you

The posters here are correct, for us we perfer couples because it less hassle in a way. Alot of single guys try to impress by talking to dirty, thinking they are all that and then some. Just be yourself, post alot and act intelligent, chat in the chatroom and just sont leave it when your not getting a repsonse right away. Give both of the couple attention as well. Its nice to be acknowledged by people and if they think all your interested in is banging the girl, that will shoot you down quicker than anything we can think of.(at least for us) I know younger guys have a hard time because they just dont have the experience in life and maybe they just dont know how to communicate with women or couples. Women really love men who can talk to them and yes, want to know they are attractive, but want to be talked to intelligently without being ogled at and treated like a peice of meat. Give it time, show patience and respect and they will come. |

As a matter of fact, we had a single guy over this past weekend, so Yes, it is possible for single guys to meet people. We don't go to the swinger events & parties. We have met most people by sending messages & getting to know them personally. We like the 'one-on-one', cpl to cpl, or single person getting to know both of us. Just my thoughts xoxo Shirley |
